THE ROYAL CANADIAN AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS
IN BRITAIN DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR

This building opposite 20 Lincoln's Inn Fields, was the Headquarters of the Royal Canadian Air Force in Great Britain during the second World War.

This Headquarters provided central support to 85,000 Canadian personnel who served in the 48 RCAF Squadrons dispatched Overseas in WWII. It is where Dr. Ross Tilley was stationed with his appointment in 1940 as the Director of RCAF Medical Services in Britain.
